Birding Walk for All Ages - Mark, Ed, and Lee Brogie
Meet at the campground parking lot for a short bird walk. Some binoculars are provided.
First come, first serve. We will provide yogurt, granola bars, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, and pastries and coffee from Downtown Coffee and Cream.

S.O.A.R. Raptor Program - Kay Neumann
Join Kay at this year's S.O.A.R. Raptor Program and meet her birds, learn bird-of-pray behavior, and learn about some of the raptors that call the Loess Hills home. Due to the current outbreak of Avian Influenza in Iowa, S.O.A.R. will not be releasing any birds this year and will be bringing education birds for their program instead.

Sounding Our Place: Generative Writing Workshop - Debra Marquart
This generative writing session will encourage participants to reflect on, record, and document some of the insights and experiences gleaned during the conference. Using a word hoarding technique, Debra will lead participants through a series of creative prompts to encourage documentation of remembrances and storytelling.
Sunday Afternoon Memorial Service for Tom Bruegger
Join us at the Monona County Conservation Building/Arboretum for a memorial service honoring Tom's legacy and for lunch, courtesy of the Bruegger family.
