The Loess Hills Prairie Seminar team strives to work with local food vendors and to provide gluten-free and plant-based options for attendees. Information about this year's vendors and meal ingredients can be viewed below. The last day to order meals is MAY 19th by noon. After that, meals may be available on site, at an increased rate, on a first come, first serve basis.

Saturday and Sunday Breakfast
Assorted Muffins and Pastries, Hardboiled Eggs, Assorted Granola Bars and Fruit, Coffee
Saturday Lunch
Option 1 - Main: Choice of Ham, Turkey, or Roast Beef sandwiches on White and Wheat Buns (Mayo, Mustard, Cheese on the side)
Option 2 - Main: Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free Veggie Wrap
Fruit - assorted mixed diced fruit: watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes
Coleslaw - Contains: eggs
Potato Salad - Contains: eggs
Drinks: Lemonade, Ice Tea, Water
Saturday Dinner
Option 1: Pork Loin in Au Jus and Chicken Breast with Wild Rice (not gluten free)
Option 2: Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free Stuffed Pepper
Little Red Potatoes in Butter and Garlic Contains: Butter
Lettuce Salad - various dressings (Ranch, French, Italian) and toppings
Macaroni Salad - Contains: Miracle Whip (no eggs)
Corn - Contains: Butter
Green Beans - Contains: Butter
Dinner Roll/Butter
Drinks: Lemonade, Ice Tea, Water
