S.O.A.R. Raptor Program - Kay Neumann Join Kay at this year's S.O.A.R. Raptor Program and meet her birds, learn bird-of-pray behavior, and learn about some of the raptors that call the Loess Hills home. S.O.A.R. will only be bringing education birds for their program this year, so a raptor release is not scheduled to occur.
